Mango Nectar 1 Cup
Frozen Mango 1 1/2 Cup
Gelatin Powder 1 Package
Coconut Milk 1/4 Cup
Shredded Coconut
Rum

Tropical Mango Mouhallabia. It’s a vegan mouhallabia dessert bursting with tropical flavors. Adding a vivid color to your table.

Directions

 

  1. In a big bowl, pour the mango nectar and sprinkle gelatin on top.
  2. Blend the frozen mango with a 1/4 cup of coconut milk, you can add Rum until smooth.
  3. In a saucepan, transfer the mango nectar mix and turn on the heat. Add the frozen mango blend and wait for a boil.
  4. Divide the mixture into equal serving cups or verrines.
  5. Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top.
  6. Enjoy it with your loved ones.
