Ingredients

Old fashion oat 1/2 cup
Water or milk 1 cup
Honey 1 tbsp
Fresh fruit 1 cup
Ground cinnamon Pinch
Almond Handful

Nothing is better than a healthy breakfast to start your day

Directions

  1. Combine oats ,milk or water , and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to boil , then reduce heat to low
  2. simmer uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened. Stirring occasionally, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Divide equally between two bowls. Drizzle each serving with 1/2 teaspoon honey. Add additional topping and serve.
