Directions
- Roll out the dough and place it into your dish.
- Pierce it with a fork.
- Add parchment paper on top with any dried beans you have.
- Bake 20min and let it rest for 5min.
- Cook your onions on medium heat with some olive oil until translucent and tender.
- Add the spinach.
- Meanwhile, put the eggs in a small bowl. Add some salt and pepper and stir well.
- Add the cooking cream to the eggs and keep stirring.
- Put your spinach and the cooking cream into the pie.
- Add the shredded cheese.
- Bake until it becomes golden.
