Ingredients

Puff Pastry
Cooking Cream 500ml
Fresh Spinach 1kg
Onions 2 Medium
Eggs 2
Shredded Cheese
Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Roll out the dough and place it into your dish.
  2. Pierce it with a fork.
  3. Add parchment paper on top with any dried beans you have.
  4. Bake 20min and let it rest for 5min.
  5. Cook your onions on medium heat with some olive oil until translucent and tender.
  6. Add the spinach.
  7. Meanwhile, put the eggs in a small bowl. Add some salt and pepper and stir well.
  8. Add the cooking cream to the eggs and keep stirring.
  9. Put your spinach and the cooking cream into the pie.
  10. Add the shredded cheese.
  11. Bake until it becomes golden.
