Ingredients

Ground beef 1 lbs
Onions,finely chopped 2 medium
Garlic cloves, minced 3 cloves
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Fresh tomato juice 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Virgin olive oil 1/2 cup
Pasta 1 pack

Spaghetti Bolognese is a classic Italian meat sauce that is a staple in most families.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook for 5 minutes or until light golden and softened.
  2. Turn heat up to high and add beef. Cook , until browned.
  3. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add 1 mug pasta cooking water , salt, black pepper and oregano. Stir, bring to a simmer then turn down the heat to medium so it bubbles gently. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until gets thick.
  5. Add cooked pasta. Stir, cook for 5 minutes until all ingredients combined together.
