Spaghetti Bolognese is a classic Italian meat sauce that is a staple in most families.
Directions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook for 5 minutes or until light golden and softened.
- Turn heat up to high and add beef. Cook , until browned.
- Add tomato paste and tomato sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for 1 minute.
- Add 1 mug pasta cooking water , salt, black pepper and oregano. Stir, bring to a simmer then turn down the heat to medium so it bubbles gently. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until gets thick.
- Add cooked pasta. Stir, cook for 5 minutes until all ingredients combined together.
