Smoked Salmon Popsicle

Smoked Salmon 100 grams
Potatoes 2 Big
Cream, cooking and sour 50 - 50
lemon zest
Garlic and herbs 4 teaspoons
green beans 100 grams
Salt and Pepper

I’ve heard you said yes, so let’s prepare together the “Smoked Salmon Popsicle”.

Directions

  1. Besides the ingredients we need : Soap Box Mold, Ice cream Wooden Sticks, a nylon Paper.
  2. First we boil 2 big potatoes , then the green beans. After cooking we throw them in an icy water boil to preserve the green color.
  3. We whisk some cooking cream and sour with garlic and herbs.
  4. We mash the potatoes and add the creamy sauce and some lemon zest.
  5. In the soap mold, put the nylon paper then a thin layer of smoked salmon, some mashed potatoes, a raw of green beans, then a thin layer of mashed potatoes to secure closing the edges.
  6. Take out the smoked salmon piece then using the tip of your knife, dig a small whole to insert the ice cream stick.
  7. Plate and decorate as you love to.
