Healthy Cannelloni

Minced beef meat 1 Kilo
Milk powder 9 Tbsps
Pepper Pinch
Maggi Powder chicken stock packet 1
Cooking cream 100 ml
Olive Oil
Garlic 3 cloves
Peeled Tomatoes 8
Red wine vinegar 2 Tsps
Basil Leaves few

Cannelloni in a healthy way. Thin crepes wrapped with creamy meat mixture, cooked in tomato sauce and topped with cheese.

Directions

  1. We start with the Crepes. In a big bowl whisk the eggs, 8 Tbsps of milk powder, flour, beer, baking powder, pinch of salt and teaspoon of sugar.
  2. Fry the mixture in Crepes pan and leave aside.
  3. Cut the lettuce and boil them in a salted water. Then drain them.
  4. In the same saucepan put a splash of oil, and brown 3 diced onions, 1 Kilo of minced meat, 1 Tablespoon of milk powder, salt and pepper, 100 ml of \”Elle et Vire\” cooking cream and half packet of Maggi Powder Chicken Stock. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper as you want.
  5. Add the chopped lettuce to the meat mixture.
  6. Let\’s prepare the red sauce. Heat in a small saucepan some olive oil, 2 diced onions, 3 crushed garlic, 8 peeled tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar, some salt and pepper, few basil leaves and 1/2 packet of Maggi Powder chicken stock .
  7. Fill your crepes with the meat mixture, roll them to form a nice roll.
  8. In a Pyrex, or any oven tray, put the rolls side by side, pour over them tomato sauce and a layer of cheese.
  9. Now, to the oven till we get bubbly cheese topping.
  10. Garnish and enjoy it with your loved ones. Sahtein!
