Muhalabia is a Middle Eastern milk pudding which can be made in no time and can be served and topped with your favorite topping.
Directions
vanilla pudding:
- In a saucepan add milk, heavy cream, sugar, and cornstarch mix well.
- Stir vigorously until the mixture thickens and small bubbles appear. Cook for further 5 minutes and add rose essence.
- Pour into individual serving bowls Orange pudding:
- In another saucepan add fresh orange juice,sugar,cornstarch and mix well. Stir vigorously until the mixture thickens, add rose essence.
- Pour it over the vanilla pudding and garnish with your favorite topping.
