Cream Garlic Seafood Medley with Ink Squid Pasta

Seafood Medley, Frozen 1 pack
Ink squid pasta 400 grams
Garlic 10 cloves
Chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
Anchovies paste 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/2
Cream 100 ml
Salt and pepper
Aioli Sauce 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil

Ink squid pasta with garlic cream seafood medley. Best marriage of flavors.

Directions

  1. Boil in a pasta pot, the ink squid pasta for 7 minutes. Then strain them and drizzle some olive oil.
  2. In another hot pan, saute the garlic in some olive oil till they tender.
  3. Add the anchovies and chili flakes, some aioli sauce.
  4. Add the frozen seafood medley, then the lemon juice.
  5. Turn off the heat when the seafood are well cooked then add some parsley.
  6. Swirl with the cream and add the strained pasta to the pan.
  7. Leave them for few minutes, to let the flavors get absorbed well.
  8. Serve and enjoy it with your loved ones!
