20 minCream Garlic Seafood Medley with Ink Squid Pasta
| Seafood Medley, Frozen | 1 pack | |
| Ink squid pasta | 400 grams | |
| Garlic | 10 cloves | |
| Chili flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Anchovies paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 | |
| Cream | 100 ml | |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| Aioli Sauce | 1 Tbsp | |

Ink squid pasta with garlic cream seafood medley. Best marriage of flavors.
Directions
- Boil in a pasta pot, the ink squid pasta for 7 minutes. Then strain them and drizzle some olive oil.
- In another hot pan, saute the garlic in some olive oil till they tender.
- Add the anchovies and chili flakes, some aioli sauce.
- Add the frozen seafood medley, then the lemon juice.
- Turn off the heat when the seafood are well cooked then add some parsley.
- Swirl with the cream and add the strained pasta to the pan.
- Leave them for few minutes, to let the flavors get absorbed well.
- Serve and enjoy it with your loved ones!
