Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Beat the eggs with the vanilla.
- When eggs are fluffy and pale,add the sugar.
- Add the milk,then the oil.
- Sift the dry ingredients(flour,salt,baking powder) and add to the egg mixture.
- Put the coconut over the mixture and keep mixing.
- Pour the batter in a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven for 40-minutes.
