Flour 2cups
Sugar 1&1/2 cups
Oil 1cup
Dessicated coconut 1&1/2cups
Coconut milk 1cup
Eggs 3
Vanilla 1ts
Baking powder 1ts
Salt 1/2 ts

If you are looking for a simple coconut cake, that is loaded with flavor,you\’ve come to the right place. This cake is easy to make, but tastes simply amazing!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat the eggs with the vanilla.
  3. When eggs are fluffy and pale,add the sugar.
  4. Add the milk,then the oil.
  5. Sift the dry ingredients(flour,salt,baking powder) and add to the egg mixture.
  6. Put the coconut over the mixture and keep mixing.
  7. Pour the batter in a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven for 40-minutes.
