Beef stroganoff, a classic meal with steak and mushrooms served with white rice for a tasty midweek lunch!
Directions
- In a large pan,heat the oil and put the beef strips previously seasoned with salt,black pepper and dusted with flour.
- Cook the meat until ready.
- Remove the beef and let it aside.
- In the same pan, add 1 tbs butter, the onion slices,minced garlic and fry until onions are soft.
- Then add the mushrooms.,cook with the onions and garlic.
- Put the beef back in the pan.
- Pour the cream over it,add the beef broth.
- Season with salt,pepper mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Let the beef stroganoff simmer for 15-20 min and serve with rice.
