Ingredients

Beef strips seasoned with salt&pepper and dusted with 1tbs flour 500grams
Fresh mushrooms sliced 200grams
Cream 250ml
Oil 2tbs
Butter 1tbs
Beef broth 1 cup
Onion thinly sliced 1
Salt 1ts
Black pepper 1/2 ts
Mustard 1ts
Worcestershire sauce 1tbs
Garlic cloves,minced 2

Beef stroganoff, a classic meal with steak and mushrooms served with white rice for a tasty midweek lunch!

Directions

  1. In a large pan,heat the oil and put the beef strips previously seasoned with salt,black pepper and dusted with flour.
  2. Cook the meat until ready.
  3. Remove the beef and let it aside.
  4. In the same pan, add 1 tbs butter, the onion slices,minced garlic and fry until onions are soft.
  5. Then add the mushrooms.,cook with the onions and garlic.
  6. Put the beef back in the pan.
  7. Pour the cream over it,add the beef broth.
  8. Season with salt,pepper mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  9. Let the beef stroganoff simmer for 15-20 min and serve with rice.
