Directions
1. Marinate beef strips for at least 3 hours.
2. Cut veggies Julienne style.
3. In a pan, heat some oil and cook veggies in batches. ( Not more than three minutes each to keep them crispy). Set them aside.
4. In the same pan, cook the marinated beef in batches, on medium high heat until tender.
5. Serve on warm tortilla bread, with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
