1 kg Beef marinade

Lime juice 1/3 cup
Olive oil 3 Tbsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Red pepper Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp
Minced garlic 1 Tbsp

Vegetables

Fresh mushroom One cup
Colored Bell peppers 2
Onion 1 large

Guacamole dip

Avocado 1
Chopped Spring onions 2 Tbsp
Chopped cherry tomatoes 2 Tbsp
Chopped cilantro 1 Tbsp
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
Lime juice 1 Tbsp

Directions

1. Marinate beef strips for at least 3 hours.

2. Cut veggies Julienne style.

3. In a pan, heat some oil and cook veggies in batches. ( Not more than three minutes each to keep them crispy). Set them aside.

4. In the same pan, cook the marinated beef in batches, on medium high heat until tender.

5. Serve on warm tortilla bread, with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
