Β Batata harah (spicy potato)itβs spicy lebanese -middle eastern style Potato easyΒ to make and quick to disappear,itβs a flavorful appetizer, side dish, Or party snack
They can be deep fried or baked
- Peel potatoes ,wash and cut into medium sized cubes
- Then heat oil and deep fry the potatoes till golden color or bake them at 450 degree till golden color (if you choose baking the potatoes Β drizzle some oil and mix before baking)
- in a pan add olive oil and sautΓ© minced garlic gloves then add Β Chilli paste ,and some chopped cilantro mix then add Β lemon juice
- Then add the deep fried or baked potatoes mix add salt and pepper and more cilantro as desired
- serve hot
