Toast bread, cut off edges and dice up | 7 pieces | |
Orange blossom water | 1 tbsp | |

If you are familiar with Middle Eastern Arabic Sweets, then you would probably know that “Ashta” is the queen of sweets fillers.
Directions
Mix milk, heavy cream, corn starch and sugar together in a sauce pan and put on medium heat throw in the diced bread and keep on stirring. Once it boils it will thicken up right away. Add the rose water and orange blossom stir and remove from heat. Pour in a bowl and stir every 10 min until cooled. Put in the fridge so it can cool completely before using it.
