Sablé are delicious cookies they are the perfect mix of buttery/tangy and crisp/tender.. They’re very popular all throughout France, but they’re a breeze to make at home from scratch – and the result is so pretty!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- Sift together flour, and salt.
- Mix the butter with the icing sugar until become creamy and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour mix gradually.
- Use a cookies cutter to make different style.
- Bake 12 to 15 mins or until golden around edges.
