Ricotta cake

Almond Flour 300 grams
Sugar 130 grams
Butter 130 grams
Ricotta 250 grams
Eggs 4
Lemon Zest and Orange Zest 2
Salt Pinch
Silvered Almonds 4 Tbsps
Almond Extract Few drops

No need for introduction, i will leave it for your imagination. Ricotta Cake.

Directions

  1. Cream Butter and sugar in a big bowl.
  2. Add gradually, lemon and orange zests, eggs one after one and pinch of salt.
  3. Whisk with the ricotta cheese, then the almond flour. Add few drops of almond extract.
  4. Pour your mixture in a greased pan. And sprinkle on top silvered almonds.
  5. Place it in the oven till you get golden edges.
  6. Serve it with red fruits.
  7. Enjoy it with your loved ones.
