A great and easy dessert.
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients with an electric blender.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan, place around 2 Tbsp of the mixture each time, to get a single circular Qatyef.
- once it makes bubbles on the top and becomes dry, remove it into a clean kitchen towel.
- Fill it with walnut filling or qashta.
- serve it with condensed sugar syrup.
