Overnight puddings are the best friends for on the go breakfast.
Chia seeds are rich in nutrients with very few calories, loaded with antioxidants and they are high in quality protein. You can say it’s a Superfood! Let’s take advantage and prepare a healthy vegan pudding rich with vitamins too.
Directions
- All you need is to soak for each 4 Tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 cups of your favorite milk. It can be Soy Milk, Almond Milk, or just cow milk.
- For sweetness add 1 teaspoon of honey, agave syrup or sugar.
- Extra Kick of flavors, a dash of cardamom . You can add cinnamon too.
- Have your beauty sleep.
- Next morning, add in your favorite cup some chopped bananas, then few scoops of chia pudding, add some red fruits or nuts or anything you love to and voila.
