Cake Ingredients

Flour 4 Cups
Powder Milk 2 Cups
Sugar 1 1/2 Cup
Vegetable Oil 1/2 Cup
Tepid Water 2 Cups
Ground Mahlab 1 Big Tbsp
Musk 2 Envelops
Rose Water 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder 3 Small tbsp
Flower Water Syrup 2 Big tbsp

This oriental cake is the perfect start for you day!

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together (flour. the sugar. milk . musk . baking powder. Ground \”mahlab\”).
  2. Add the vegetable oil, the flower water syrup and then the tepid water.
  3. Grease the cake pan with butter and flour to avoid sticking.
  4. Bake at 180°C.
  5. Once it becomes a bit gold drizzle the rose water on the top.
  6. Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean your cake is done!
