Ground Mahlab | 1 Big Tbsp | |
Musk | 2 Envelops | |
Rose Water | 1/4 Cup | |
Baking Powder | 3 Small tbsp | |
Flower Water Syrup | 2 Big tbsp |
This oriental cake is the perfect start for you day!
Directions
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together (flour. the sugar. milk . musk . baking powder. Ground \”mahlab\”).
- Add the vegetable oil, the flower water syrup and then the tepid water.
- Grease the cake pan with butter and flour to avoid sticking.
- Bake at 180°C.
- Once it becomes a bit gold drizzle the rose water on the top.
- Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean your cake is done!
