Easy & fresh sandwich that is prepared in no time.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place bread on baking tray.
- Toast bread for about 5 minutes.
- Slice tomatoes in half.
- Spread pesto sauce on bottom side of bread.
- Layer each bread with 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, 4 slices tomatoes, 2 basil leaves & sea salt and crushed black pepper.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction & serve immediately.
