Ingredients

Pasta Chifferini 500g
Chicken Breasts 3
Fresh Garlic 5 Cloves
Bunch of green onions
Tomato 1kg
Black olives 20
Thyme 1 Big Tbsp
Shredded Cheese 300g
Olive Oil

Since I was a kid, I used to see my mom in the kitchen cooking for us lots of yummy food.

I am happy to share with you one of her best recipes!

Directions

  1. Start by cutting your chicken breasts (cubes).
  2. Then in a pan, put a little bit of vegetable oil and cook your chicken with some salt and pepper until golden brown. Once you finish, set them aside.
  3. Chop the green onions into small dices.
  4. In a casserole, put some olive oil, then add the garlic cut into small pieces and your onions.
  5. When the onions become tender, add the tomatoes and let them boil together around 15min then add the olives and the thyme to the ingredients.
  6. Meanwhile, boil water in a large pot with some salt, olive oil and add the pasta.
  7. After 9min, test your pasta by tasting it.
  8. Remove the pasta from boiling water and add it to the tomatoes and onions.
  9. Then add the chicken and some cheese.
  10. Pour all the ingredients in a casserole.
  11. Spread some shredded cheese on top and some tomato slices for decoration.
  12. Bake until the cheese melts (15 to 20min).
