Since I was a kid, I used to see my mom in the kitchen cooking for us lots of yummy food.
I am happy to share with you one of her best recipes!
Directions
- Start by cutting your chicken breasts (cubes).
- Then in a pan, put a little bit of vegetable oil and cook your chicken with some salt and pepper until golden brown. Once you finish, set them aside.
- Chop the green onions into small dices.
- In a casserole, put some olive oil, then add the garlic cut into small pieces and your onions.
- When the onions become tender, add the tomatoes and let them boil together around 15min then add the olives and the thyme to the ingredients.
- Meanwhile, boil water in a large pot with some salt, olive oil and add the pasta.
- After 9min, test your pasta by tasting it.
- Remove the pasta from boiling water and add it to the tomatoes and onions.
- Then add the chicken and some cheese.
- Pour all the ingredients in a casserole.
- Spread some shredded cheese on top and some tomato slices for decoration.
- Bake until the cheese melts (15 to 20min).
