Directions
- Preheat oven to 180degrees.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Whisk the eggs and vanilla,then add sugar and beat until pale and fluffy.
- Add the milk and oil and mix.
- Put the melted lotus butter over the egg mixture and mix.
- Gradually add the flour mix and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter in a cake pan greased with tahini.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
