Ingredients

Flour 2 cups
Sugar 1&1/2 cups
Eggs 3
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Baking powder 1&1/2 teapoon
Melted lotus 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Oil 1 cup
Salt Pinch

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180degrees.
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Whisk the eggs and vanilla,then add sugar and beat until pale and fluffy.
  4. Add the milk and oil and mix.
  5. Put the melted lotus butter over the egg mixture and mix.
  6. Gradually add the flour mix and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  7. Pour the batter in a cake pan greased with tahini.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
