Kebbe Nayye. Grounded Raw Meat Paste

Minced Lamb Meat 1 Kilo
Minced Lamb Fat 50 Grams
Bulgur Wheat 400 grams
Spices: Black pepper, 7 spices, Aleppo Kibbeh Spices
Salt As you want
Chili Paste 1 Teaspoon
Ice Cubes Few
Small Onion 1

It\’s Lebanese most loved Mezze Dish. It consists of ground raw meat paste spiced in a subtle way. Enjoyed with Pita Bread, olive oil and raw onions.

Directions

  1. Dice the onion into small cubes and mix it with your hands in a big tray with chili past, salt, spices and bulgur wheat.
  2. Add the meat and lamb fat to the mixture to create the paste.
  3. Transfer to a food processor and beat them with ice cubes till you get a smooth paste.
  4. Plate them in a cold dish and decorate with few mint leaves.
  5. I\’ve decorated some pieces with cooked minced meat .
  6. Sprinkle Roasted Pine nuts.
  7. Enjoy it with your loved ones. Sahtein
