Ingredients

Old fashioned oats 2 cups
Chopped raw nuts - according to preference 1/2 cup
Raw seeds - according to preference 1/4 cup
Dried fruit - according to preference 1/2 cup
Honey 3 tablespoons
Coconut oil 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
Salt Pinch

Once you try homemade granola, you’ll never go back to store bought granola ever.

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 300º F.

2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well

3. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes

4. Cool before serving or storing.

5. This granola can be kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2-3 weeks.
