Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, gluten-free soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil and red pepper flakes.

Combine the cornstarch and brown sugar in a separate bowl.

Place the whisked eggs in a separate bowl.

Add the chicken to the egg and coat it in the cornstarch mixture.

Add the olive oil to a large skillet heated to medium.

Add the garlic, chili pepper, and coated chicken.

Cook the chicken until it is slightly browned on all sides.

Pour the honey sauce over the chicken and sauté it for 2-3 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet and simmer for another for 6-8 minutes.

Garnish the dish with the diced green onions.
