Zaatar Frogs Legs

Frogs Legs 1 Kilo
Corn Flour 1 Cup
Salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, chili, zaatar 1 Teaspoon each
Lemon 1
Frying oil

Crunchy Frogs Legs with Zaatar twist.

Directions

  1. Wash frogs legs for several time in salty water.
  2. In a large tray season the corn flour with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and chili.
  3. Dust your frogs with seasoned corn flour.
  4. Fry them till they are golden.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over golden frogs and sprinkle some Zaatar.
  6. Garnish and enjoy it with your loved ones.
