Crunchy Frogs Legs with Zaatar twist.
Directions
- Wash frogs legs for several time in salty water.
- In a large tray season the corn flour with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and chili.
- Dust your frogs with seasoned corn flour.
- Fry them till they are golden.
- Squeeze lemon juice over golden frogs and sprinkle some Zaatar.
- Garnish and enjoy it with your loved ones.
