ginger powder | 1tsp | |
paprika | 1tsp | |
pepper | 1/2tsp | |
turmeric | 1/4 tsp | |
olive oil | 1tbsp | |
salt | to taste |
On today’s menu we have drumsticks full of flavorful. I’m not a big fan of drumsticks, but with this marinade, I can eat the whole plate! Combining all these different flavors and spices makes the chicken super juicy and tender. ?
Steps:
1. Score the chicken.
2. In a large bowl, add mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and all spices and mix thoroughly. Add in the chicken and coat evenly. Place in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
3. Once ready to bake, place drumsticks in a baking dish. Add olive oil on top of the chicken. Optional but recommended: add a dash of paprika and oregano leaves on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about an hour depending on your oven.
