Ingredients

fettuccine pasta 1 packet (500 grams)
Flour 4 tablespoons
Milk (room temperature) 2.5 cups
Salt Adjust to taste
Pepper Adjust to taste
Italian Seasoning (Thyme, oregano, rosemary, basil) 1 tablespoon
Butter 4 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup

Fettuccine Alfredo. One of the easiest and most delicious pastas. Ticks all the right boxes.

Directions

1. In a large pot, cook the Fettuccine pasta with salt according to the package instructions⁣.
2. While the pasta is cooking, over medium heat melt the butter in a pot. Once melted, add the flour. Stir constantly, until the paste cooks and bubbles a bit (2 minutes) ⁣
3. Lower the heat, add the milk, continue to stir as the sauce thickens. Bring it to a boil. ⁣
4. Add salt and pepper (adjust to taste) and Italian seasoning ⁣
5. Remove from heat and toss with the pasta and some grated parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
