| Fettuccine pasta | 350g | |
| Double cream (cooking cream) | 2 cups | |
| Fresh Parmesan cheese | 3/4 cup | |

Craving a comforting bowl of pasta in a creamy sauce? This luxurious Italian dish takes just 20 minutes to make so perfect for busy weeknights.
Directions:

In a large pot, cook the Fettuccine until just undercooked(approx 7 mins).Β It will finish cooking in the sauce.
2.While the pasta is cooking, in a deep saute pan, add the butter ,heat the garlic over low-medium heat then add the chicken peaces Β until sautΓ©ed.
3.Add the cream and whisk gently.
4. Add the parmesan cheese, salt and the pepper.
5.Β Β Gently toss the pasta to coat in the Alfredo sauce.Β Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
6.Serve immediately and enjoy every last bite!
