Usually chicken liver wasn’t my favorite dish. But due to a hidden secret, turns out the equation. Now it’s one of my top craved plates.
Directions
- Soak clean chicken livers in milk for an hour.
- Turn on the fryer on high heat and fry the liver pieces for 10 – 15 minutes.
- In an another saucepan, melt 50 grams of butter add 10 crushed garlic cloves fry them a bit.
- Take out the chicken liver from the fryer and continue their cooking in the butter pan for few minutes. Turn off the heat and add 2 lemon juice.
- Plate them and garnish them with chili flakes and your favorite herb.
- Enjoy it with your loved ones. Sahtein!
