Chicken Liver

Milk 1 Liter
Chicken Liver 1 Kilo
Garlic Cloves 10
Lemon Juice 2
Butter 50 grams
Oil for deep fry

Usually chicken liver wasn’t my favorite dish. But due to a hidden secret, turns out the equation. Now it’s one of my top craved plates.

Directions

  1. Soak clean chicken livers in milk for an hour.
  2. Turn on the fryer on high heat and fry the liver pieces for 10 – 15 minutes.
  3. In an another saucepan, melt 50 grams of butter add 10 crushed garlic cloves fry them a bit.
  4. Take out the chicken liver from the fryer and continue their cooking in the butter pan for few minutes. Turn off the heat and add 2 lemon juice.
  5. Plate them and garnish them with chili flakes and your favorite herb.
  6. Enjoy it with your loved ones. Sahtein!
