Dough Ingredients

Flour 5 Cups
Vegetable Oil 1/4 Cup
Butter 1/4 Cup
Yeast 1/2 tbsp
Pinch of salt
Sugar 1/4 tbsp
Tepid Water

Filling Ingredients

Powder Milk 1 Cup
Flour 4 Big Tbsp
Butter Small Piece
Salt and Pepper
Nutmeg
Hot Water 5 Cups
Mushrooms 200g
Chicken Breast 3
Shredded Cheese (Gruyere & Mozzarella) 300g

I simply love triangles! This bΓ©chamel chicken pizza is my favorite. So easy and so delicious!

*And if you hate doing the traditional bΓ©chamel sauce technique, here is a very easy and healthy way to do it with only a small piece of butter!

 

Directions

  1. Begin by preparing your dough. In a bowl, combine flour with salt. Add to them the melted butter and the vegetable oil.
  2. Combine the tepid water, sugar and yeast in a small cup.
  3. After 5-10min add them to flour.
  4. Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
  5. Cut your chicken breasts into cubes.
  6. Cook your chicken in the oven with some salt, pepper and cinnamon until golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile begin by preparing the bΓ©chamel sauce. Put the powder milk with the flour in a casserole and add hot water.
  8. You can add 1/2 cup of water to get the consistency you want.
  9. Add salt, white pepper, nutmeg and keep stirring until boiling.
  10. Add a small piece of butter and turn the heat off.
  11. Spread the bΓ©chamel sauce on the dough.
  12. Then add the chicken and the fresh mushrooms.
  13. Finally add the shredded cheese.
  14. Bake in the oven until golden.
