I simply love triangles! This béchamel chicken pizza is my favorite. So easy and so delicious!
*And if you hate doing the traditional béchamel sauce technique, here is a very easy and healthy way to do it with only a small piece of butter!
Directions
- Begin by preparing your dough. In a bowl, combine flour with salt. Add to them the melted butter and the vegetable oil.
- Combine the tepid water, sugar and yeast in a small cup.
- After 5-10min add them to flour.
- Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
- Cut your chicken breasts into cubes.
- Cook your chicken in the oven with some salt, pepper and cinnamon until golden brown.
- Meanwhile begin by preparing the béchamel sauce. Put the powder milk with the flour in a casserole and add hot water.
- You can add 1/2 cup of water to get the consistency you want.
- Add salt, white pepper, nutmeg and keep stirring until boiling.
- Add a small piece of butter and turn the heat off.
- Spread the béchamel sauce on the dough.
- Then add the chicken and the fresh mushrooms.
- Finally add the shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven until golden.
Bon Appetit!
