Dough Ingredients

Flour 5 Cups
Vegetable Oil 1/4 Cup
Butter 1/4 Cup
Yeast 1/2 tbsp
Pinch of salt
Sugar 1/4 tbsp
Tepid Water

Filling Ingredients

Powder Milk 1 Cup
Flour 4 Big Tbsp
Butter Small Piece
Salt and Pepper
Nutmeg
Hot Water 5 Cups
Mushrooms 200g
Chicken Breast 3
Shredded Cheese (Gruyere & Mozzarella) 300g

I simply love triangles! This béchamel chicken pizza is my favorite. So easy and so delicious!

*And if you hate doing the traditional béchamel sauce technique, here is a very easy and healthy way to do it with only a small piece of butter!

 

Directions

  1. Begin by preparing your dough. In a bowl, combine flour with salt. Add to them the melted butter and the vegetable oil.
  2. Combine the tepid water, sugar and yeast in a small cup.
  3. After 5-10min add them to flour.
  4. Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
  5. Cut your chicken breasts into cubes.
  6. Cook your chicken in the oven with some salt, pepper and cinnamon until golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile begin by preparing the béchamel sauce. Put the powder milk with the flour in a casserole and add hot water.
  8. You can add 1/2 cup of water to get the consistency you want.
  9. Add salt, white pepper, nutmeg and keep stirring until boiling.
  10. Add a small piece of butter and turn the heat off.
  11. Spread the béchamel sauce on the dough.
  12. Then add the chicken and the fresh mushrooms.
  13. Finally add the shredded cheese.
  14. Bake in the oven until golden.
