| Potatoes | 5 medium sized | |

| Garlic | 4 cloves | |

Batata harra aka spicy potatoes. Potatoes roasted or fried then tossed in a sauce made with olive oil, cilantro, lemon, chili and garlic. One of the best appetizers from the Lebanese cuisine.
Directions
1. Chop potatoes into medium sized cubes and drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil and add salt and paprika. β£
2. Roast potatoes in oven at 375 F for around 35 mins (or until golden brown)β£
3. In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil with the minced garlic and fry for a minute. Then add the chopped cilantro, chill flakes/chili powder and the roasted potatoesβ£
4. Toss everything together then squeeze half a lemon and toss again. And enjoy.
