Chickpeas 1 can
Medium avocados 2
Garlic clove 1
Tahini 1 1/2 Tbsp
Lemon juice 4 Tbsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Olive oil 3 Tbsp
Black Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

This healthy Avocado Hummus dip is like guacamole and hummus in one! It is extra smooth, creamy and unbelievably delicious! Serve it with toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips or raw veggies.

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine drained chickpeas,olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Add avocado, salt, black pepper and cumin.
  4. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
