A simple, very healthy appetizer found almost on every mezze table. It consists of boiled Artichokes with a nice dipping sauce besides.
Directions
- All you have to do is to boil them in lemony salted water for so many hours.
- Keep them in their water to keep them soft.
- For the dipping sauce; Lemon Juice, crushed garlic and olive oil.
- I love to add a bit of dijon mustard and some pesto sauce too.
- Enjoy it with your loved ones. Satein!
