Directions
- Preheat the oven
- We grate the zucchinis. Then add some salt.
- Using a kitchen towel, we squeeze them to extract excess water.
- In a big bowl we mix all the ingredients together.
- We spray the muffin tin with oil.
- In the muffin tin, we scoop equal amounts of the mixture.
- Place in the oven, till the top of the muffin is dried.
- Serve warm and enjoy it with your loved ones. Sahtein!
