Roasted Cauliflower

Whole Cauliflower 1
olive oil few spoons
garlic 3 cloves
cilantro 1/2 cup
tahini sauce 1/4 cup
pomegranate molasses few spoons
pomegranate seeds 1 fruit
roasted almonds 1/4 cup

Directions

  1. Wash a whole cauliflower and bring to boil for few minutes adding 2 teaspoons of white vinegar.
  2. After draining it from water, wrap it in parchment paper and place it in oven to softens
  3. Prepare a marinade of olive oil, minced garlic and chopped cilantro.
  4. Unwrap from parchment paper, and brush the mixture over the whole cauliflower
  5. Roast in oven till golden.
  6. Prepare a tahini sauce from sesame paste, water, lemon juice and salt.
  7. After taking it out from the oven, drizzle the tahini sauce along with pomegranate molasses, pomegranate seeds and chopped cilantro with some roasted almonds.
