cilantro | 1/2 cup | |
tahini sauce | 1/4 cup | |
pomegranate molasses | few spoons | |

Directions
- Wash a whole cauliflower and bring to boil for few minutes adding 2 teaspoons of white vinegar.
- After draining it from water, wrap it in parchment paper and place it in oven to softens
- Prepare a marinade of olive oil, minced garlic and chopped cilantro.
- Unwrap from parchment paper, and brush the mixture over the whole cauliflower
- Roast in oven till golden.
- Prepare a tahini sauce from sesame paste, water, lemon juice and salt.
- After taking it out from the oven, drizzle the tahini sauce along with pomegranate molasses, pomegranate seeds and chopped cilantro with some roasted almonds.
