| Carrot chopped | 1 cup | |
| Zucchini chopped | 1 cup | |
| Sweet corn | 1 cup | |
| Celery stick chopped | 1 | |
| Elbow macaroni | 1/2 cup | |
| Chicken broth | 5 cups | |
| Tomato paste | 1 Tbsp | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 tsp | |
| Salt | to taste |
Nothing is more comforting than a bowl of Soup loaded with wonderfully colorful veggies.
Directions
- Heat butter over medium heat.
- Add vegetables and stir for 2-3 min.
- Add chicken broth.
- Add tomato paste, salt and pepper.
- Stir and bring to boil.
- Add macaroni and simmer at medium heat for 12-15 min.
