Smoked Salmon 100 grams
Green peas 3 Pods
Orange Juice 4 Tbsps
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsps
Soy sauce few drops
Tariyaki Sauce few drops
Dried Tarragon sprinkle
salt and pepper

Super Easy to do, yet so impressive appetizer. Smoked Salmon Carpaccio

Directions

  1. Lay the smoked salmon in a plate. Add few fresh peas for color.
  2. Mix in a small container, orange and lemon juice with olive oil, then the drops of soy and teriyaki sauce with some dried tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the carpaccio and enjoy!
