Super Easy to do, yet so impressive appetizer. Smoked Salmon Carpaccio
Directions
- Lay the smoked salmon in a plate. Add few fresh peas for color.
- Mix in a small container, orange and lemon juice with olive oil, then the drops of soy and teriyaki sauce with some dried tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the carpaccio and enjoy!
