Gluten Free Tortilla

Egyptian rice 1 cup
Water 1 1/4
Olive oil 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 tsp

You might heard of the 4 ingredient challenge.

Get set and bring the rice, water, olive oil and salt to beat them all.

By these ingredients we will prepare a delicious gluten free bread, vegan and easy to do.

Directions

  1. Soak the rice in the water overnight.
  2. In a blender mix the rice & water mixture till smooth and silky.
  3. Add the oil and salt.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan, and pour 1/4 cup of the mixture.
  5. Wait till it’s all bubbly with golden edges, flip it for few seconds and you’re ready.
  6. Sahtein!
