It’s the magical secret ingredient behind every successful recipe. Onion Jam, tastes good by itself, on a cheesy cracker, and adds tons of flavors in your meat loafs and kafta.
Directions
- Heat butter in a medium saucepan add thyme and chopped onions and stir till they are soft.
- Add sugar and let them caramelize even more and drier.
- Pour the wine and let it evaporates completly.
- Turn off the heat, add the vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Conserve it in a small air tight container.
- Now you have a secret weapon in your fridge. Don’t tell anyone about it.
