oats | ¼ cup | |
protein powder ( I used isopure dutch chocolate flavor ) | 2 SCOOPS | |
sugar ( stevia ) | 1 ½ tsp | |
SALT | a pinch | |
milk | 150 ml | |
low fat melted butter | 1 tbsp | |
egg | 1 | |
vegetable oil | for brushing pan |
For toppings
Chopped berries ( strawberry , blackberry , blueberry ) | as per choice | |
Dry fruits | as per choice |
DIRECTIONS:
1. In large bowl, mix oats, protein powder , sugar, and salt.
2. Another bowl add milk, butter and egg , whisk together until smooth and blend together , add this to the flour mixture , stir until flour is moistened
3. Heat nonstick skillet or griddle, until a drop of water sizzles; brush lightly with oil .pour a scoop of
batter on the skillet, spreading each ( make sure its not too thin nor thick ). Cook 2 to 3 minutes or
until bubbles arise and edges are dry and start browning .at this point flip and ; cook 2 minutes
more or until golden brown .
4. Repeat with remaining batter.
Plating :
on a plate place 2 or 3 pancakes , sprinkle the toppings ( berries and dry fruits ) and
serve hot with warm syrup . ??
