Directions
- Boil the carrots with salt and sugar. Drain them.
- Now into the food processor, blend the carrots with the boiled garbanzo, lemon juice, Tahini paste, pinch of salt and one big tablespoon of paprika.
- Plate the smooth mixture, garnish.
