Ingredients

Fine belghour 1 and a half cups
Onion chopped 1 large
Green peppers chopped 3
Tomatoes chopped 3
corn oil
salt and red pepper
lemons(juice) 3
tomato paste 2 tbsp

 

Put 2 tbsp corn oil in the frying pan and cook onion and green peppers till soft.Then add tomatoes and simmer .Wash the belghour and put it aside in a deep bowl.Add 2 tbsp.tomato paste to the vegetables (and salt and red pepper).Turn off heat .Add lemon juice and pour over belghour.Mix well add a little corn oil and arrange in serving dish .Eat cold.
