Heart Beat Beet Hummus. It’s a vegan recipe , bright addition to your tables. It consists of boiled beets and hummus. So easy and joyful .
Directions
- Boil the beets till they are tender.
- Into the food processor put 4 big boiled beets, 200 grams of boiled chickpeas, 2 lemon juice, 3 cloves of garlic and teaspoon of salt with 3 Tbsps of Tahini paste.
- Plate and dig in.
- It’s the perfect dip or can be enjoyed by itself with some pita bread.
- Share it with your loved ones.
