Grilled chicken caesar salad is my go to when my husband needs a clean, but flavorful meal to take to work with him. It’s so easy to make a lot of these tenders and store them in the fridge for use whenever you’re on the run.
Steps:
1. In a large bowl, place chicken tenders and add 1/2 cup lemon juice. Cover with plastic and let sit for 30min in the fridge.
2. After 30min, drain any excess juice and add all spices and mix well. Let it marinate in the fridge for an hour. Once ready, spray cooking spray on your grill and grill tenders for about 10min each. Place on top of salad of your choice and it’s ready to eat!
