Directions
-
First, pat the wings dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
-
Second, add the wings to a large mixing bowl and add the oil, 1 tablespoon of the buffalo sauce, the paprika, the cayenne, the garlic powder, and as much salt and pepper as you wish.
-
Stir everything together well.
-
Next, to prevent sticking, be sure to spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
-
After that, place the sauced wings in the basket of your air fryer, making sure to evenly spread them out and leave a bit of space in between each wing so that they will be cooked all the way through.
-
Following that, close the air fryer drawer, and set your air fryer on to cook at 400°F for 22 minutes. You may need to cook your wings in batches if you have a smaller air fryer so that you can make sure the wings do not get overcrowded.
-
When the wings are almost done, heat up the rest of the buffalo sauce.
-
Once the wings are completely done, add them to another mixing bowl and pour the rest of the buffalo sauce over the wings. Mix the wings and sauce together to completely coat the wings.
-
Finally, you will want to serve the wings immediately for maximum crispiness!
