Breakfast for dinner anyone? This Gluten Free Bagel Sandwich is super delicious and simple to throw together when you\\\’re craving breakfast!

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the eggs, milk and salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour the egg mixture onto a small sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes or until the eggs are set in the middle.
  5. Once the eggs have cooled, cut them into eight pieces.
  6. Toast your bagels and assemble your bagel sandwiches as you wish. I like to do one slice of egg, one slice of bacon cut in two, and cheese on top.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
