8 minBreakfast for dinner anyone? This Gluten Free Bagel Sandwich is super delicious and simple to throw together when you\\\’re craving breakfast!
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the eggs, milk and salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture onto a small sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until the eggs are set in the middle.
- Once the eggs have cooled, cut them into eight pieces.
- Toast your bagels and assemble your bagel sandwiches as you wish. I like to do one slice of egg, one slice of bacon cut in two, and cheese on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
