Crepe, is a french thin pancake.
It can be enjoyed with salty or sweet ingredients.
Directions
- We start by sifting the flour, we add a pinch of salt and sugar.
- Whisk the eggs, vanilla extract, milk and water and oil.
- Preheat the crepe pan and start cooking them, by pouring a 1/4 cup all over the pan until it\’s bubbly and then flip on the other side till golden.
- You can fill them with cheese, labneh, basterma or Nutellla, butter and sugar, white chocolate and berries, lemon juice and sugar. As you prefer, Sahtein.
