milk 3/4 cup
water 1/2 cup
flour 1 cup
vanilla extract 1 tsp
salt pinch
sugar 1 Tbsp
oil 3 tbsp
Labneh 2 Tbsp
Basterma (cured meat) 3 Sheets
Quail eggs 3

Crepe, is a french thin pancake.
It can be enjoyed with salty or sweet ingredients.

Directions

  1. We start by sifting the flour, we add a pinch of salt and sugar.
  2. Whisk the eggs, vanilla extract, milk and water and oil.
  3. Preheat the crepe pan and start cooking them, by pouring a 1/4 cup all over the pan until it\’s bubbly and then flip on the other side till golden.
  4. You can fill them with cheese, labneh, basterma or Nutellla, butter and sugar, white chocolate and berries, lemon juice and sugar. As you prefer, Sahtein.
