I like my brownies how I like any other dessert: thick,sof t and chewy. Those are the three deadly words that will get me up and baking anytime or any day.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a 9*9 square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix together the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add the butter and mix until well combined.
- Combine flour,sugar,cacao ,baking powder and salt.
- Slowly add to the egg mixture until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and fold.
- Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes,or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
